We are able to refund or replace any item returned if it is found to be faulty or defective on receipt. None faulty items returned will be refunded provided that they are found to be in a re-salable condition, less our carriage costs & a small administration/re-stocking charge. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Some products are excluded from the Guarantee and are clearly marked by a † next to the product name. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our 30-day money back guarantee.
