Shipping & Delivery

For all 'stock items' we aim to deliver your order right away, usually within 2 working days (this excludes items not currently in stock, please contact us where we advise you accordingly) Overseas orders will take a little longer, please contact us for the transit time to your particular destination. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

Any items which are requested to be delivered to an address different to the billing address will go through a process of authentication. This will involve sending a letter to the billing address requesting a code be supplied to Products 4 Testing in advance of the stock being dispatched. This is to protect our customer by ensuring no act of fraud is being carried out

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scale's, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. P4T shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescale's.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
