MI 3125B Pro Plus Software Included

The new generation of handheld 17th edition testers is designed to make the testing easy, simple and fast. MI 3125B EurotestCOMBO offers the unique solutions for fast testing of ring circuits and supports the testing of new technologies in the electrical installation (B-type of RCDs).

The testers contain integrated characteristics of fuses and RCDs for the automatic evaluation of Line / Loop impedance results.

The large graphic display with backlight ensures that results, indications, measurement parameters and messages are clear, visible and easy to read. The red and green LEDs on either side of the display provide a clear indication as to the PASS/FAIL nature of the result compared to the user set or automatically selected limits.

Each test has its own individual help screen describing how to connect the instrument into the installation and how to perform a measurement.

The MI 3125B Eurotest COMBO PRO provides the ability to save and quickly download the results and print the test reports via the A 1290 EuroLink PRO software (NICEIC Approved, included in the standard set.

Handheld BS7671:2008 (17th Edition) and Part P Downloadable Multifunctional Installation Tester with Help Screens, built-in Loop Impedance Tables, earth spike resistance measurement (optional), B-type RCD testing and automatic R1+R2 testing (Patented solution).

KEY FEATURES:

LED Pass/Fail indicators: two LED indicators for PASS / FAIL evaluation of test results are placed on both sides of the LCD.

Help screens: instrument comes complete with built-in help screens for referencing on site.

Built-in Loop impedance tables: this unique feature allows automatic evaluation of the line / loop impedance compared to the regulations.

Online voltage monitoring: monitors all 3 voltages in real-time.

Upgradeable: if changes occur to the regulations, upgrades can be made to the firmware to keep the instrument up to date.

Polarity swap: automatic polarity reversal on continuity test.

Trip Lock function: Zs (RCD) function performs a loop impedance test without tripping the RCD.

Built-in charger & rechargeable batteries: unit has a built-in charging circuit and comes complete with a set of rechargeable NiMH batteries.

RCD auto: automated RCD testing procedure significantly reduces test time.

Backlight: Large bright LCD with backlight for easy reading of results even in dark conditions.

Automatic R1+R2 testing (Patented solution): The A 1214 EASI Switch adaptor is the first and only adaptor that will allow R1+R2 measurements to be performed automatically (i.e. no need to exchange leads or use connectors). When used in conjunction with the MI 3125B EurotestCOMBO PRO the A 1214 can be quickly connected to all the wires of the ring circuit at the distribution board and directly and remotely controlled by the test instrument in order to perform all the necessary ring continuity tests. This is a very quick and easy method that significantly reduces the time involved in testing ring circuits.

Earth resistance measurement: instrument performs 3-wire earth resistance testing when used in conjuction with the optional S2026 and S2027 Earth test set.

Downloadable including PC SW EuroLink PRO (NICEIC Approved): included in the the standard set enables downloading of test results and parameters and creation of test reports.
